International orders must include a Harmonized System (HS) code, and product descriptions must be detailed, accurate, and in concise language to avoid customs delays, fines, or returns. We cannot print shipping labels for international orders without an HS code.

If you ship to the United States using Canada Post, shipments must be sent via DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) starting from August 28, 2025. For CUSMA/USMCA preferential tax rates, we recommend using commercial couriers such as DHL Express or transit services like ChitChats or Stallion Express.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If the order is undelivered, returned, or delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will bear the additional shipping costs (if any) required for re-delivery.
