Returns & Exchanges


  • We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags.
  • Not eligible for return: used items, custom products, intimate apparel, clearance items.
  • Shipping covered by us for quality issues, wrong or missing items.
  • Buyer covers return shipping for change of mind, wrong size, etc.

Refunds


  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • Full refund available if order is canceled before shipment.

How to Return


  1. Contact support with your order number, photos, and reason.
  2. Wait for approval and return address.
  3. Send the item back with tracking number.
  4. We inspect and process refund or exchange.
