Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags.
- Not eligible for return: used items, custom products, intimate apparel, clearance items.
- Shipping covered by us for quality issues, wrong or missing items.
- Buyer covers return shipping for change of mind, wrong size, etc.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Full refund available if order is canceled before shipment.
How to Return
- Contact support with your order number, photos, and reason.
- Wait for approval and return address.
- Send the item back with tracking number.
- We inspect and process refund or exchange.
